And that goes for Proctor as well. At $400k salary he can buy some shares on the market. Sometimes folk say it is their money and we dont know what personal obligations they have, but he is not making $150k. And if he gets a military pension as well, he should see investing part of this lofty income into company shares as part of his job. Unless of course he has much better investment prospects knowing what he knows as an insider of MTLO and he should include his picks in his investor newsletter because his job is to make investors money.
