There is an at least equalif not better house builder (NYSE listed) to buy to go along with a reit portfolio.

It is NWHM:
  • New residential homes in hot suburban markets CA and AZ
  • trading about 50% of NAV
  • turn around now complete
  • chart looks great and is through the averages
  • recent LT loan 5 year renewal
  • debt paid down to industry avg.
  • 10% buyback just authorized
