ONLY THING THAT COULD SINK REITS IMOIs very bad vaccine news like its approval is delayed or there's serious side effects when rolled out.

Cause with US hitting 250K cases/day and Europe in hard lockdown, and bankruptcies through the roof, the market doesn't care. 

So, we're in the clear, so long as the vaccine is on track
