Amuka Esports deal approved by shareholders

Nice to get an update on this. Amuka's shareholders which I believe are mostly from crowdfunding site approved the deal. I've heard the CEO say they will do 400-500K revenue in 2020 which will really add to the top-line numbers. I was surprised since they have physical game venues but he said they are generating most of that revenue from online events and sponsorships.
