RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Brian Morrison
  • "Since June 2008, Mr. Morris on has been a self-employed consultant working in the area of public company administration."..... If you verified the structure of his incomes, you will see, that he's payed almost by   options. So transferring options in shares and selling them is understandable.    If you want to follow Insider trading just follow the CEO or the chief geologist.
  • In less than a week, options (7 cent), representing approximately 15% from all outstanding shares will expired...15%, that's very big dilution. If you are the CEO who's expecting to be capable to raise PP at much bigger price, you probably will not be in a hurry to disclose drilling results....,but I doubt that this is the case, anyway...
  • Here's what's going on in the labs according Gwen Preston:  "One is a follow up on lab delays, with someone asking why Explorer X hasn’t issued any results in months. Let me preview my answer: there is nothing sketchy going on with companies that seem to be devoid of drill results. It’s the labs. Labs are absolute chaos this year – backlogs are immense and it seems the general chaos has also led to lots of mistakes, which has required that lots of core get sent back for re-testing. When that happens, it almost resets the assay clock and if you can believe it most companies I’ve talked to about it have had this happen at least once."
