RE:RE:RE:RE:Target $2.20

RE:RE:RE:RE:Target $2.20I don't get it as well. What happened to the retooling of the ABG facility in Georgia? I understand that they are now building their own facility in Washington. That's going to take a huge chunk of revenue. They only entered into a contract to purchase the property in November, so these 5 buses will be built sometime late 2021.

Any stock price target now is based on the sale of the stock and the illusion of growth and sales. If they continue to get orders then I'll change my stance, but at the moment the current valuation is ridiculous. I would suggest that they are aniticipating a minimum of 200 buses, however, without an idea of their margins I can't say for certain. How many buses do they need to sell to cover the cost of the facility? So many unknowns.

What I do know is that their current valuation is 10x their book value.

The lack of clarification and communication from mgt is what I find most perplexing. Their disclosures are opaque, and there doesn't seem to be anything material.

At least their PR firm is appropriately named, Paradox PR. lol

The only reason I would buy or add to a position would be to take advantage of any increase in share price. But, make sure to set your stop-loss.
