RE:Water permit newsGood questions.
IMO, this stock is undervalued as it is, so news about the company in general needs to get out. The story does not seem well known. Evaluations are being made on revenue, profits, and looming bond payments.
Is the new baked in? Could have been to some extent. Most everyone was expecting it.
The federal permit should happen. There has been no opposition so far. I suppose someone (Southwest Value Partners) could file a lawsuit. They are the only opposition right now, but since the City has backed off the opposition, SWVP would have to pony up money for its own lawyers to do it. Robert Sarver is notoriously cheap and its a losing proposition. I doubt he would do it. Also, this project is the poster child for "Green" technology. It ticks all the right boxes for the present news cycle.
I don't really know. The Institutions have not bought in yet. I think the liquidity is still a little too low for them. They cannot get reasonably large enough stakes without the cost up and sort of bidding against themselves. Oddly enough, the stock has to go up more for it to make sense for them.
