Your posts are always very informative and we are lucky to have you on this site.
Clearly you know your stuff.
But I don't care too much about results from 2012 or 2013.
When will this company turn around? Will be ever see over a dollar Cdn again, never mind $2 or $3? Why is the stockpile containing a bonanza of gold and copper sitting there for so long, when it's to everyone's advantage to monetize it?
What will it take to ignite the share price?
cheers
You should care about the results from 2012 or 2013, because at the time the Q2 2013 results came out, the market ORV share price was at $1.03 CAD per share, and that was at a time when the POG was coming down from the $1900 USD high in 2011 and had traded down to $1600 USD. At that time in 2013, ORV had a total share count of 136,749,076 shares. Today, the share count as of the latest financial report for Q4 2020 is 136,623,771 shares! How many gold junior producers can you name that haven't done massive share printing on large scales or reverse spilits ad infinitum?????
The answer is NONE, except for little old ORVANA MINERALS where whenever they needed money they went to the local bank and secured a bank loan. Back in 2013 the Orvana long term debt was $69.7 million USD. All of that long term debt was paid off in the intervening time period, and today what is left is short term debt totalling $19.1 million USD. So you have a situation where the market priced Orvana stock at $1 CAD per share at a gold price of $1600 USD back in 2013, and today with POG at $1850 USD, the market price of Orvana stock closed at 30 cents CAD?!!!
Clearly, the problem is not with Orvana Minerals, but it is a problem with market perception--pure and simple. And when a stock like Orvana gets undervalued by a factor of 3, guess what happens?????
Smart money wakes up and starts buying! So today we saw ORV trade up to 30 cents CAD on 422,433 shares.
So my bottom line is that the share price will be self igniting under the current market conditions.
The fact that this board is still infested by Orvana Minerals detractors, paid bashers, numerous bots designed to peel off current ORV shareholders should convey the message that they want your shares, and that they want you to sell your shares at the current undervalued share price, so that they can buy your shares cheap and reap their illicit rewards!
