RE:RE:RE:Sigilon Finally, I was getting tired of being the only one questioning management and not only focussing on the positives of SVA. Count me in MetalsGuy, I have a sizeable holding and will gladly use my votes to change management. They have done NOTHING for the investors for years. 30 cents is the PP price folks, lets not get too excited here. Big pharma has a clear window into SVA's data. Phil and gang are proud to show them everything and think they are going to get some kind of deal but in fact they are probably comparing data with that of potential suitors and possibly walking away with good information. Isn't it odd that Phil has been talking about deals for about 4 years and hasn't been able to land one. Not even a small one. The only free money we have received is from the horizon 2020 grant and a few dollars from the JDRF. Even then Phil has to do a song and dance just to get a 100k payment out of them. These chumps are so out of their league. They knock all of their competetors. Semma doesn't have this, Sigalon doesn't have that, ViaCyte does't have this. Guess what they do have though? MONEY & Pharma Deals. So are all these big pharma companies dummies for investing in bad technology or are you the dummies for believing Selphie and his spinster tales. Sigalon started clinicals on humans for Hemo A in september. SVA is probably still looking for some conferences they can attend so they can put out a "news release" and also tell you how they were "the star" of the show and everyone is so excited to work with them. Rinse and repeat. Call your local SVA office and ask some questions.
Red, we paid over a million dollars to Trout. What did we get out of it? Stop defending poor decisions and making excuses. No one is blaming Trout, we're blaming management. You're just perpetuating the problem. Yes we have positveish data so far but the competition is close behind and with bigger budgets and better mangement.
Wally, I like how you took my DD and twisted it into a 5 dollar target for SVA. Braaavo, well done chap. Maybe we should vote you in to be the new SVA IR spinster.

Somebody Trout yup...between the fact Trout is in their with Black Rock and Lilly and massive financial backing is seriously looking bad for SVA if management does not cinch some high profile publicly disclosed deals soon. With shoddy and, to say the least ethically suspicious financing and gutter trash IR firms in our past, the fact that we have investors here who wet themselves because we break 30 f##king cents speaks to how blinded we are to an incompetent and lazy Chairman of the board who appears to be more concerned with protecting low level buddies rather than acting to protect shareholder interests. Sernoca has too small a team to drive the behemoth to ground and clearly some are not pulling their weight and may actually be draining internal resources by wasting time. Among my family we hold a substantial number of shares and every last one of us will be voting against some of the Board members. On the other hand, one person can only do so much. The management team to be beefed up and everyone needs to be working to their strengths. I have said it before, time is on no one's side in this business and the Board being complicit in cronyism over shareholder interests has got to stop. Its time for Frank Holler and his friends to go and let some competent adults in to get this show on the road and get rid of anyone who is not contributing significantly to getting things done right. Anyone out there with knowledge of an investor revolt, count me in and pm me with info as it develops.
