RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Sigilon
I think the main point is that prior decisions and questionable financing practices have indeed cast a shadow over SVA. A hundred million puts others in a Ferrari heading for a huge payoff, while Sernova is puttering down the road in a Yugo with 5 patients strapped to the roof. Consider this. Clearly Lilly et al have a very high level of confidence in Sigilon. If they got taken out like Semma at $1 billion, that would put them at 40 a share, which would be roughly 4.50 us a share adjusted for SVA's massive float. And..you can probably add to that when Sigulon starts making progress quickly with a 100 million tank of gas. Personally I would not complain in the least if there was a move afoot by big investors to call for a special election to oust Frank Holler and any or all of his cronies. I have never seen a more useless and self serving Board of Directors. One more long term deal that happens in the shadows where pouches are provided with no investment in the company could mean a gasping crawl towards a finish line that will already have been crossed by others.
