RE:RE:If you guys want to do a the legal routeGood Afternoon to All.
This is my first post on Stockhouse. I began investing in Agra approximately 18 months ago and have a relatively large share count. To say I am devastated and angered over the plumeting of this stock is an understatement. Unless this stock stages a major recovery, I am out several hundred thousand dollars. My instinct is that management has not conducted itself in the best interests of the shareholders.
I am a veteran lawyer, but have fairly limited experience in securities litigation. To those who have given serious thought about a class action - or even consulted with counsel in this matter, I would like to hear your thoughts. We do not, as a group, need to rely on a pro-bono lawyer. If each individual investor gathered up modest funds, we could retain a competent securities litigation lawyer and pursue justice here.
Wishing you all health and prosperity in the New Year - and may justice be done.
