In terms of potential news, it could be one of the following:
1) Sale of the company, hopefully above $0.08.
2) They were able to raise capital (i.e. partnered with a VC firm) to fund R&D.
3) Strategic partnership with industry player to continue R&D.
I think at this point they'll just sell the damn thing. Been a fun ride. Terrible how mgmt ruined their chances with a revolutionary piece of tech - my left nut could have closed a deal. They fumbled the ball so many times and now they must live with selling the company for pennies on the dollar.
Does anyone remember these board members
from any of the AGM's they have the enthusiasm and motivation of a dead gold fish. I swear they were asleep on the conference calls . they said maybe 4 words and hung up before the investors q&a sessions. The risk now is just like they didn't have the ability to raise cash I don't think these guys have the ability or desire to sell the company. Even for pennys on the dollar. Selling the company still requires a decent amount of work and I don't think these guys have any intention of doing it. They never worked before why would they start now. Likely scenario now is company goes bye bye when creditors start mailing over legal papers. Our best chance now is to quantum tunnel into another reality where thing played out differently. I'll start digging. Anyway for the last time I hope im wrong because if I'm not wrong this time there won't be a next time. Good luck to everyone that's left. You all deserve some profits for the time, money and energy invested here.
