RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Capt. Nugru and the underwater city.In order to take your bet a few conditiond precident must be worked out.
You see my main asset 1969 Chevrolet Impala is worth a lot of coin. She has new front springs (the back one's sag just a little; Original pale (sunbleached... this is referred to as a character asset) front bench seat, that is only minorly (or miner-lee... see what I daid there? That is called a "funny" in your language I do believe... anyway) thread bare. The body is a bit beat up but engine usually starts without too much sputtering. In full disclosure though the tires are basically Fcuked ... old, bald, deteriorated and really bulged when full of air (you can relate right?)
Anyway, to "cut to the meat" of the matter, without just "grazing" the subject, the ole' Implala is surely worth in excess of 2X your cow pasture accumulation (despite how well the bulls {and Anaconda} have fertilized it) Additionally the time value of money need be accounted for. Taking the end point of aforementioned bet to be June 30, 2021 the Impala can easily be assumed to have gained exchange value faster than the poo-poo farm, thus representing 3X value.
So maybe you can start to see the difficulties your modest proposal has wrought (please don't feel all dejected and negative... not good for your mental health) but that said, one of the conditions precindent and at your (the bet proposer) cost is a set of appraisals. Please start the process on your end and forward a retainer or $5,000 CAD (bargooooon) to me so that I may contract a classic car appraisal company.
Best regards,
Notgnu
