The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. I don't know what revitalized does for a zompany.  They have the same leadership and in the same homebuilding business.

IMO New Home could show a gain this next year – could, just based upon what I know about the 2021 new home forecast.   
IF vaccination doesn't allow more homes to be put on market and recovery/stimulus spending doesn't raise interest rates, then inventory will rise and affordability will decline and small builders will sit unsold bleeding cash.

Maybe we should move this discussion over to the New Home board where I can provide more detail on the problems facing hte home building sector.  See ya' there!
