For now I am filtering out any thought to the share and focusing on the progress of Sangdong. Only an option for those invested on the long term like me.

Our correct valuation will come due to the fact that you now have Plansee increasing their game to the next level...it's just a matter of time that Plansee will want more control. (Leaving out all other catalyst that we have.)

let me put it this way, if you were Herr Schwarzkopf would you want to pay all that money for the tungsten on the off take agreement, knowing that a lot of that would go to other shareholders?! It would be a "waste of my money". Look what they did with Lewis!? Do you expect them to treat the smaller shareholders better..

You would want to have the whole mine before that starts happening.

In addition, you would want get the moly mine. I would want to do that before the company signs a deal with a competitor for the moly mine underneath to allow for a stronger balance in interests...which would sc**w up the whole plan of getting this whole package under his control for cheap.

A lot of different interesting scenarios here...

So I would not be surprised if certain people will try to accumulate quietly in the background and in parallel trying to keep the share "boring" for other investors.

Lonade,

Not sure I undestand your post above.  Are you saying that we as retail investors are screwed with Lewis (possibly) relinquishing control of the company to Plansee/GTP?  Or are you sanying that the tide of Plansee trying to gain complete control will "raise all boats" including ours as retail investors?

TIA for your thoughts. . .
