RE:This just in! Implication stop with attack !! I get that your point of doing a r/S would allow us to be listed on Nasdaq and get more institutional investors .. Don't you think that 5 /1 is way too much .. also don't you believe as you stated earlier that Benic ma already be trying to get loan and that the earnings will be enough to put us over $1.00 for good . we would become Nasdaq compliant naturally !
