At least thats what i think it means, i will just go with that. Also Wesson being Austrailian, it was no big suprise that he did this deal with the amount of shares. I remember the Oz deal with ftr, couldnt believe the amount of shares they had out, looked into other Aussie gold mines and seems to be the trend, even saw one withe over a billion shares trading at a buck.
