The Total payment will be $360 Million US = $ 460 Million+-

$ 225 Million US + $ 75 Million US plus 3 future production gold milestones
worth $ 20 Million each X 3 = $60 Millon US

Means our share right now is worth over $ 460 Million CAD just for Hardrock
And worth way more once we start mining.
Freeing this asset up with a go forward partner is much better than nothing but really
chicken sh!t Ewen should have gone it alone.
But I wont complain about the $1-$2 increase in share price we will see .
