IT'S  LONG some will say but ... IT TAKES WHAT IT TAKES...
 
Here at BARU, we are preparing for the BIG ADVENTURE which could extend over the next 30 years and possibly more, namely 50 years ...
 
We cannot afford to do things in a rush and thus face disaster sooner or later ...
 
The last NRS constitutes in my opinion a certainty as for the issuance of the PERMIT to CONSTRUCT and PROCEED ...!
