you must really try to understand the both companies profile, its shares structures (very diluted , you love the warrants, I know) and captalisations (LVX has more cash in hands than all RRR.L market cap.), its poor management experience in effective exploring, its goals of activities (trade of licences) and its too large area, by geography and resources
