Air Canada Rouge is Air Canada's leisure carrier.

These legacy carriers are going to have a hard time getting back into the black after all this is over. Why this is trading at $23 is beyond stupidity. Remember the days when this was a few bucks? That's where this is headed when reality sets in and they have to start paying back the Billions in debt they are in. Latest figure was between $9-13 million a day operating loss.
