FOMB UPDATE

FOMB UPDATENatalie clearly said she would reconsider the 150 MW limit and take back to the newly reconstituted board her previous decision to limit at 150MW.   She answered in response to a letter from our President Cliff Webb, which I drafted some of that letter.  She clearly will not answer the Chairman Grijalva letter by the deadline and that is another reason she will go back to the new board.
