Finally recieved the materials this morning and just finished AGAINST the proposal. Management's compelete disregard for minority shareholders is disappointing. This is what happens when you stand to benefit potential $50+ million to ram this throgh at the cheapest price possible to sharks like Cerberus that have over $40 BILLION in assets. Never again this type of structure for me.
