RE:RE:Nice to see more actionThanks Spanky, I think its investors that are just frustrated becker hasn't sold and just want to move on.  Most times the volume is very low.  For long term investors the dividends are steady and every few years we get a special dividend.  Last special dividend was $2 which caused the stock to spike for a month.  Becker has a large number of Ali-couche shares plus a large cash reserve, has no debt and is cash positive.  If and when we get a sale the SP should jump.  What amazes me is no other Canadian REIT has bought them out as of yet.  While we wait we get a great steady dividend.  All the best, Charlie.
