you think your going to get RioCan under 17, but hate to break the news to you, it's always discounted 35% from NAV. Commercial property's in Toronto in the real market are selling at cap rates as low at 2%!

Hey snake, it is real. Hospitals are filling up. But thank God recovery rates are good. Take your Vitamin D3 and Vitamin C everyday especially if you are checking out busy and packed stores in your on-site investigations.
