So if I vote against I don't get paid. Noooo, don't worry shareholders if you vote against and the deal passes you will get your money." PLAYING DIRTY!! I bet the post above is corporate propaganda for the sale. YOU CAN'T GET SCREWED BY KEEPING YOUR SHARES AND SELLING AT MARKET PRICE.
