Speaking of feat tactics look at the company website. It states exactly the following " Vote Now To receive your C$14.50 in cash, you must vote in favour of the Transaction. Your vote is important regardless of the number of shares you own, and we recommend that you vote for the Transaction even if you are unable to attend the Special Meeting." So if I vote against I don't get paid. Noooo, don't worry shareholders if you vote against and the deal passes you will get your money." PLAYING DIRTY!! I bet the post above is corporate propaganda for the sale. YOU CAN'T GET SCREWED BY KEEPING YOUR SHARES AND SELLING AT MARKET PRICE.
