Wow. You are correct. ALL shareholders get $14.50 if the deal passes no matter how you voted. We just want a FAIR price, at least a premium of some of the future potential that is being capped artififcillay because of this low price offer. If business is so uncertain why do they want to take this private? The truth..business is booming and the issue is not being able to keep up with the demand. A very good problem to have.
