They have had the results for a long time.   Lot of things I cannot say in terms of why and who.

My hunch is they make an expanded group to those that have a starting price at 9 cents and under.

The escalator to 14.1 still applies, but we satisfy the IRP that Natalie refers to by being at 8.95

rather than 9. There is magic in the whole number 8 even with a decimal point and numbers

that follows.  The day I am not sure but the dialogue between PREPA and FOMB is allowing 

more than 150 at 9 or below.  All I can say for now. Bottom line is they are trying to get in a 

few of their friends at 9.  Once done, the list will br ranked but over 150.

Stay tuned.  

PS. I don't think FOMB gave the answers Congress wanted...
