The Tilray/Aphria RatioThe merger is .838:1. Right now Tilray is at $9.30 x .838 = $7.79. Aphria should be at 7.79 USD (10.02 CAD), yet we are at $7.42 or 9.53. This is an incredible difference, and should not be happening. Anyone have an clue why? Never seen a discrepancy  like this before.
