Its primary focus is on the scalable and repeatable condensate rich Montney formation in the Alberta Deep Basin (Wapiti Montney). Its core operating areas of Wapiti and Pipestone in the Montney formation are located near the City of Grande Prairie, Alberta, approximately 600 kilometers northwest of Calgary. Its Montney Formation is a shale gas and shale oil resource. The Montney formation in the Wapiti area is a thick (200m+) section of hydrocarbon-charted fine-grained reservoir found at depths ranging from 2,500-3,500m.

Your right, POU should just liquidate their 40,000,000 shares of NVA, and watch the board vacate. 

No one was there from NVA to support the stock at 61 cents, who will be there at 96 cent. 

I am surpirze the CEO has not sold his stock hoping to buy it back at his original purchase price of 27 cents. 

NVA needs new management, and enterusername does not own any shares, he told us that. He wants to be the hall monitor.
