We should forget takeover before developping stage and without offcialy indicated and inferred resources estimate in at least one of owned projects. We could easier anticipate a takeover when a great player open the shareholding door.
I'm joining you, by forecasting that FSX will entry in "billion market cap club" far before this stage, exactly by accumulating and raising much capital, using (event increasing) the land package.
Spin-off, JV maybe...
