RE:RE:RE:There ought to be a lawvitalina2233, I hope I'm not intruding unhelpfully here, but I can tell you that NUMI executives have not broken any laws here. There are numerous other historical examples of similar all day stock halts for similar things, particularly on this exchange. I think there is no question they kept the halt longer than they actually needed to, to avoid any panic selling from the uninformed on the last tax selling day, but they didn't break any laws. And if you are long the stock, what they did was probably a good thing, and they won't be "punished" by the markets for extending the halt for the whole day. We will find out what happens tomorrow, but because this news was first announced in early December, to my knowledge most of that news was already priced into the current stock price.
