Corporate Production 40% condensate, on the horizonLast quater the Grand Prarrie region of Paramount production produced 51.25% condensate and POU had and overall Corporate condensate ratio in Q3 was 32.4%, encompassing all their production.
Looking to Q4 (POU is a condensate Leader)
In Q4 they are going to POU is going to ramp Karr and Wapiti up, to 41,000 boe a day, the corporate percentage condensate ratio would then move to 36% condensate. That is a 2% more on a corporate level then the condensate that VII Generations produces.
Head Room Karr and Wapiti (40,000 Boe)
Karr and Wapiti have been in production for some time, and are still producing consistently and agregate condensate production ratio of 51.25 percent. When they ramp up this 40,000 boe their production numbers are going to be hudge, and the corporate condensate ration with be 41 percent as a percentage of production.
Is a Corporate 41% condensate ratio sustainable?
It is when you have plays like North duvernay, where you getting 1300 boe IP30 100% oil, or the best and richest duvernay wells at your door step. POU is just getting going and this is a 25 dollar stock.
IMHO
