So if they are a few months away from possible EUA you have to have inventory to meet potential demand. Supply chains being what they are these days such production plans need to start happening now. As far as money goes LXG burns alot of cash so the longer they delay the less capital they have. As far as a stock bubble burst, as you know lots of margin is used to buy stocks and if a big correction happens, which will happen, non marginal penny stocks always get sold off to pay margin calls.
