RE:Two photos of 75 House in Surrey from Yesterday.Well hard to see how its been sitting for 15 years . In 15 years you would not see it as it would be covered in new growth .Looks like new construction to me. Did you take the time to talk to workers on the site? On the WET Coast things get delayed in the winter due to rain as well as the covid situation.
