I'm thinking Vaxil is targeting the 3rd World poor countries with their potential Oral Vaccine .....(Quick get Bill Gates on the phone) thats the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation total focus right now .....how to get the vaccine to the poorest countries or this nightmare will on keep replaying !!!
