Verde AgriTech Ltd is an agricultural technology company that produces potash fertilizers. The principal activity of the Company is the production and sale of a multi-nutrient potassium fertilizer marketed in Brazil under the brands K Forte and BAKS, Silicio Forte, and internationally as Super Greensand (the Product). Its technologies are Cambridge Tech, 3D Alliance, MicroS Technology, N Keeper, and Bio Revolution.

RE:Share OptionsThanks Stanmore very informative. These NPK have no incentives it appears to exercise the warrants given their juicy options.   I will only exercise my warrants if it goes more than 10% the warrant price.  Not sure if it will get there unless the permit news or some other news comes their way.
