You need shareholder approval for a consolidation not volume.  We all voted that in the last AGM.
Well, maybe not all of us.  At todays price the stock would be revalued at $8.00 per share after a 20 for 1 consolidation.  Volume would now be one twentieth of where it is today. 

Unfortunately, the market will not see this as an $8.00 stock even with the limited number of shares issued.  My guess is it will drift back to around $3.50.  Or $0.175 cents in todays prices.
