RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Board Update Hi Wilander,
I enjoy following your posts. Can you share your thoughts as to why Kontrol may require a financing.
Kontrol requires 35% deposit on each BioCloud unit ordered, so I assume that 35% deposit covers KNR production costs thus eliminating any risk nor requiring additional cash to complete production of units to fill orders.
I will say that the public news releases of uplisting to TSX is positive on one hand but on the other hand it appears like fluffy news release. Generally from my experience when other companies announce an uplisting it also states a date when it will be completed by.
I am long and agree that more public awareness is required and firm orders announced that demonstrate that BioCloud has demand and general acceptance. I am hoping the new PR company they engaged generates more interest and grabs the eyes of institutional investors.
I have mentioned in previous posts that I personally own 350,000 sq ft of commercial tech space in Waterloo and have large tenants like Google, Ford, PTC. I did inquire about purchasing 3 units which is a small order but I am reluctant to purchase until I see bigger orders demonstrating wider acceptance by bigger companies like Toyota, McDonalds, Midfdle East government where they have field testing in process and confidence to buy. I think the private sector will respond quickly if we see any government orders.
please don't get me wrong as I believe management has accomplished a great deal in a short period of time.
