Agreed a reverse stock split is never good and never works out.

i do not see that in the cards in any way for Kontrol.

that is not Pauls style.

as he said, he will move to the big boards based on the success of the company (ie. when the company has earned it via earnings and thus share price).

Citi financial did a revers split back in 2011 (roughly when i bought it and sold right after that). The stocks done nothing since then.
