RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING Thanks @2020! Actually no favourites, just using it ad-hoc. The sign up process was so painful I skipped the profile.
For the record I was a shareholder at the last attempt to consolidate 18 months ago and was against it. My ideal is no, but don’t fear it as I used to, so can be persuaded.
I accept COVID has been a problem for moving forward with projects, whereas others might see it as a convenient excuse for the disappointments.
COVID will be with us for several months before we move into a post-COVID world, phase 1. As my New Years Day joke went, Happy 2023, it will be a great year. It's going to take a while for us to shake it off. And I’m prepared to wait that long for EHT to skyrocket. Progress must be made though and they need to come through on some of these projects in the next couple of years.
Good signs that make me think things are different:
Puerto Rico. Yes, lots of moving parts, approvals, factory, finance, building the first 100 homes successfully, COVID safety. But compared to a year ago, it’s promising. The company have provided technical information, partnerships, and plans that weren’t present in 2019.
The grow unit producing vegetables last year. Evidence it works, unless you think they brought in fake plants every week.
Heli-unit sales. Small potatoes compared to Puerto Rico and Ghana, but it is success and Canadian sales. Will keep a keen eye out for May and the size of that order.
Ghana (which got me into this), I’m prepared to wait and see. The company has so many verticals, it’s both a blessing, and a curse (for communications).
For all the frustrations, I still see a company determined to turn this into a revenue story, and a big one.
