RE:Hair loss talk

RE:Hair loss talk Good find Bellend.   From what you have found it looks like the relationship between Replicel and Shiseido is not as damaged as most of us have thought.  The long and short of it seems like Shiseido knows they cannot proceed on their own using the RCH-01 technology without Replicel which is great for us shareholders. I think that now we know that Replicel didn't drop the ball with Shiseido and it was a supply chain issue which would not lead to a breach of the contract.  I suspect Shiseido's legal team have informed them they would loose if they brought a breach of contract lawsuit.  Hopefully Shiseido initiates the next phase of their trail soon.  This part of Replicel's assets is the furthest from commercialization but in time will be very fruitful.
