RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Why are all the people from C.OILS/SPR coming here to cry?I cannot disagree with you on the fact that Bev has a couple court cases which they need to move through over the next year.  However, if you think the lawsuits levied against the company have any chance of significantly impacting the compnay and its valuation, you don't understand the courts.  The lawsuits against Bev are par for the course and numberous growing venture companies have to go through this as a right of passage.  You push people off the board, you push out executives, you merge with new companies, you get law suits simply becaue everyone has a right to sue.  But it is a rare day when such law suits actually impact shareholder return.  Bevcana is no exception.
