RE:What am I missing? That is where I have placed my bets (and continue to place more), that substantial news will be released in the Jan/Feb window, which will drive the SP well past any min. NASDAQ requirement. Peter very confidently stated that they should be approved for the listing in Q1 and that came on the back-drop of no new financing nor reverse split required. Guess we'll see in the next few weeks, but I intend to keep adding bit by bit in the meantime. Great opportunity IMHO.

I believe one of the requirements for nasdaq listing is minimum share price of US$4.00 ( I saw in an earlier post that US$3.00 was mentioned, but I thought it was $4.00 for a new listing)
It seems the only way to get the share price high enough is for news to come out in order for nasdaq to give the ok. News might come out with the listing, but big news has to come out before to get us the listing. US$4 =~ C$ 5.20. Looks like an easy 50% in the next couple of weeks to me.
Like I said, what am I missing?
