RE:TSX VENTURE PRIVATE PLACEMENTSSorry you have to copy paste the link , I don't think it matters how high or low the share price goes when the financing is open but most of the time the share price trades right around the financing price , if this does get to high it might be looked into by the exchange and might take longer to get approved , JMHO
