Tesla could acquire AMY for free

If any other shareholders here hold Tesla stock then you will know that after the recent split Tesla stock double again. It may be grossly overvalued but the stock keeps rising. Musk could easily squire AMY and would not even notice a hit to the balance sheet. 1/2 a bil should do it.
