riskhow does everyone feel about the path RioCan is taking, Selling air rights vs building and collecting. Seems like the safer play in this environment.  Im not sure if Jonathan Gitlin's thumb print are on these deals but what i do know is he's not a risk taker.  The fact that they are moving the business forward during covid is a good sign imo.
