Marc Seelenfraud has constantly lied to investors. Promises such as no more financing, earnings date, still being listed on the Canadian Venture, and no 145:1 reverse split. This disgusting piece of sh1t and his cronies need something bad to happen to them. I don't know what, but someone there needs to pay for their crimes.
