My biggest disappointment is that they seem to be getting cash only ftom the bought deal!
Surprising that they could not attract a big pharma with the same deal..... at least they would have gained a lot more than cash

They didn't even attend one conference since the the good PR absolutely no efforts to support the valuation and I believe the negotiations for this started while ago meaning they were happy with whatever positive reaction they would get and add a discount to that and complete the deal in a such. That's not a sign of a confidence. Basically they think their marketing skills is not good enough to raise the valuation after the execution of both commercial and R&D programs and they are not confident in continued progress on both fronts absolutely wrong strategy to get any credibility from the market , lazy , weak, insecure etc... Let's hope they try fix it by making some changes so going forward they come across as a company with confidence and ability to continue progress in all their operations so who ever getting these share don't rush to exit door for a small profit thus put a cap on the SP for next few months.A rushed deal imo.

quote=SPCEO1]This deal was such a giveaway that there must be more to it. Maybe we will see a press release this morning that explains who the new investor(s) are and that puts a bit of a different light on it. It would seem impossible for the board to do this deal at this time and at that price while picking up no new US analysts unless they were getting something quite valuable in return. That IR the hope I am hanging onto this morning.
