Don't Expect much for 2nd quarter Results in April! UGH!From Earnings Call: 

Benefits to revenue and margins are not expected to be recognized in Q2 as we take this quarter to hire staff. Further, we do know that the industry demand may be dampened and negatively impact the Q2 sales due to lock downs related to COVID-19.
